Use appropriate protective equipment including gloves and eye protection when handling this adhesive. Provide adequate ventilation in work areas to minimise exposure to vapours. AquaPAL 4777 should be applied at ambient temperature using properly calibrated side seam application equipment. Full bond strength develops within 24 hours of application. Protect from freezing as this can permanently affect product performance. Stir well before use and periodically during production runs. Clean equipment with warm water whilst adhesive is wet, as dried adhesive requires more aggressive cleaning methods.
