Tapes

Box corners take the most stress during assembly, filling, and handling.

Heat-seal reinforcement tapes add structural support exactly where it’s needed. Our paper-based range offers three strength grades in brown and white.

These tapes solve common production problems:

Apply heat and pressure, get a reliable bond. Choose the strength grade that matches your box size and how much handling it will get.

Thickness: 40g, 90g, 115g, 125g en 135g.

Available reel forms: Short (25 cm Ø) and Long (38 cm Ø), depending on your machine.

Colours Available: Brown, White

Widths Available: 19mm, 22mm

Why Heat-Seal Tapes?

Heat-seal tapes remove the hassle of wet adhesives. You get clean application and consistent results every time. The paper bonds with your board to become part of the box structure, not just a layer stuck on top.

Five strength grades cover different needs. 40g and 90g are used for the most fancy boxes. 115g and 125g handle larger sizes. 135g gives maximum strength for heavy contents or rough handling. All five run cleanly on automated equipment without causing build-up or jams.

Brown tapes blend with kraft board. White tapes keep light-coloured boxes looking clean. Both are available with indirect food contact approval when you need it.

How They Work

Paper tape with heat-activated adhesive. Apply heat and pressure at the corner, and you get a strong bond.

The paper becomes part of your box rather than sitting on the surface.

Different paper weights give different strength levels. Heavier paper means stronger corners. Pick the grade that suits your box size and what goes inside it.

Our corner stay tapes are 100% biodegradable.
