Folding Cartons

Window patching (those clear panels that let you see the product) requires bonding acetate or PVC to card without it showing. Structural bonding stops cartons collapsing when they’re filled and stacked. Different products need different approaches, but they all need clean processing and reliable bonds.

Production speeds on folder-gluers can hit 400+ cartons per minute. The adhesive needs to set before cartons hit the delivery stack and stay clean enough not to mess up print surfaces. Cold seal works where heat would damage ink or substrate, whilst hotmelts suit high-speed structural bonding where instant grab matters.
