AQUAPAL 564

AQUAPAL 564 is a medium to high-speed core winding adhesive with better initial tack than standard medium-speed products. This PVA formulation enables faster production whilst maintaining bond quality.

Product Overview
  • Medium/High speed core winding product
  • Better initial tack for improved productivity
  • Higher solids content for stronger bonds
  • Clean running characteristics

AQUAPAL 564 offers manufacturers looking to increase production speeds an effective solution without sacrificing bond strength or reliability.

Product benefits

Enhanced Initial Tack

This adhesive grabs quickly, allowing faster progression through production stages. This characteristic directly impacts throughput and production efficiency.

Increased Production Rates

The improved tack performance enables higher winding speeds compared to standard medium-speed adhesives. Manufacturers can produce more cores per shift without additional equipment investment.

Superior Bond Development

Higher solids content delivers stronger final bonds whilst providing excellent initial adhesion. This combination ensures cores meet quality standards whilst production runs faster.

Product Overview

AQUAPAL 564 is a polyvinyl acetate adhesive formulated for manufacturers seeking to increase core winding speeds beyond standard medium-speed operations. The product delivers better initial tack than lower-grade alternatives, enabling faster production without compromising bond quality. The formulation runs cleanly through application equipment, reducing maintenance requirements. This adhesive is non-harmful and supports efficient, cost-effective production across various applications including paper towels, tissues, toilet paper rolls, kitchen rolls and industrial cores. The chemistry works effectively with different paper grades and cardboard types, providing consistent results across varied substrates.
