LC115B adds significant strength to box corners, the most vulnerable points in rigid box construction. This reduces corner failures and extends the usable life of luxury packaging, particularly important for boxes that will be reused or handled frequently.
The brown colour blends with many substrate colours, making the reinforcement less visible in the finished box. The thin profile means it won’t create obvious ridges or lines that could affect the premium appearance.
Heat-seal application is quick and creates a secure bond without the mess or drying time associated with liquid adhesives. This suits production lines where corner reinforcement is a standard step.
LC115B is a heat-seal tape formulated specifically for reinforcing rigid box corners. With a tensile strength of 9-12 kg/cm, it provides reliable reinforcement for luxury packaging. The tape consists of 115g paper plus 20g adhesive, with a total thickness of 0.15-0.18mm. This thin profile maintains the clean lines and premium appearance expected in luxury packaging whilst adding structural integrity where boxes need it most. The brown colour works well with many common substrate colours used in rigid box production.

Handle with standard precautions for heat-seal materials. Maintain appropriate settings on heat-seal equipment to avoid burns. Allow sealed corners to cool before handling. Provide adequate ventilation if any fumes are produced during heat sealing. Store reels in dry conditions away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Refer to the safety data sheet for detailed handling information.

The indirect food contact version meets requirements for packaging that will contain food products.
